Available for Weddings, Anniversaries, Stag & Does, Reunions, Craft Sales, Auction Sales, Meetings or Group Functions for 20-300 People.

Front Hall ~ $350.00

  • All Year
  • Capacity - 300 People
  • Floor: 95' x 40'
  • Has air conditioning.
  • Stage: 4 sections 4' x 15-1/2'
  • Hall includes use of 8 tables and chairs

Curling Building / Hall Only ~ $425.00

  • May, June, July, Aug, Sept, Oct
  • Capacity - 700 People
  • Floor: 146' x 63'
  • Stage: 16' x 32'
  • Stage: 4 sections 4' x 15-1/2'
  • Hall inclused use of tables and chairs

Other Charges that may apply:

  • Bartenders (minimum charge) Front Hall $250.00 /  Curling Building $300.00
  • Kitchen (includes dishwasher & chafing dishes) $75.00
  • Cooler $25.00
  • Signage $25.00
  • Extra Day Setup $250.00
  • Night Before Setup - when available (7pm.) $50.00
  • Small Meeting Room (20-25 People) $50.00
  • Curling Lounge (45-60 People) $75.00
  • Lattice Back Drop (10 sect./4'w x 8'h) $100.00
  • Tables: 8’ Long or 60” Round $5.00 ea
  • Shooter Bar $25.00

Other Requirements:

  • Leasee is to purchase Liquor Licence
  • Liability Insurance
  • Security Guards when required
  • Bartenders are to have a Smart Serve Certificate.
  • Rental Agreement gives Leasee use of hall 6am till following day 2am.
  • $100.00 Security Deposit is due at time of Booking.
  • Total Rental is due 60 days prior to event.

 

All above prices are plus taxes!
(Security Deposit is to keep date and will be kept till after the event to be used towards any damages, missing items, extra garbage tags and/or additional cleaning time over and above 6 hours.)
