Volunteers Wanted!

The Glencoe Agricultural Society is always looking for new Volunteers – and we want you!

You don’t have to know about Agriculture

(but it’s a great way to learn!)

we have so many areas that you can be sure that there is an area that will interest you.

Most people in the area are familiar with the annual Glencoe Fair which takes place the third weekend after Labour Day each year, but not everyone knows that the Glencoe Agricultural Society works hard all year long.  We run fundraising events like dances, concerts, and The Amazing Race, take part in community events, and provide two fabulous community centres that service every aspect of the community.

We also work closely with other local groups like the Curling Club, and the Lions Club, Minor Ball and Minor Soccer with the grounds for the Project 2000 complex.

Whether you are interested in helping with the Fair prize book, help at the fair and/or fundraising events, or even help out behind the scenes, we would love to have you as part of our great team.

If you are interested in becoming involved in

the Glencoe Agricultural Society,

please contact Carrie Fraleigh De Schutter at

519-287-5311 or at cfraleigh@hotmail.com.

or any of the executive or members listed on the website.
